Contact queries

If you use the contact form or send an email to get in touch with us, we will use the data you disclose to process your query. The disclosure of data is required to process and respond to your query. Without this information, we will not be able to respond to your request, or only provide a limited response.

This processing takes place on the legal basis of Art. 6(1) lit. B GDPR.

Your data will be erased as soon as your query has been concluded and continued storage is not required by any statutory retention periods, i.e. if a contract is subsequently concluded.

Our website contains linked icons to promote our presence on the social media networks listed below. Each icon contains a link to the respective network. When clicked on, the icon will redirect the user to the service provided by the respective social media network.
